What are some rare lifts or really go lifts i can do for my arms that will work them out better. I know to bench and triceps and stuff like that I just want to get my whole chest and arms built bigger. what kind of lifts will do that the best??

There isnt some magic lift for building your arms huge but concentration curls and skull crushers are really effective, be sure to decend the weights very slowly each rep especially for concentration curls. high weights low reps (8x3)usually works best for mass. For chest bench press and pull overs are good.
