Default whats the best thing i should do

I went to GNC and talked to the guy about what i should take to get bigger. I was going to take 17hd but i talked to someone else about it and they said teenage boys already feed off enough testostome. Im thinking about eating 3 big meals a day and ttakeing some kind of protein and im wondering if i should take createin?

Cool

theres plenty of information this website. we cant sit here and plan out everything for you...youre the one that wants to make a change with yourself...go out and look for the info on the homepage of bb4u. theres TONS of info there.......

ans as far as you going to GNC.....why would you go and do that....i mean right after you put that you went to GNC the only thing you came up with was going on 17hd? do you even know what that is?

eat at least 5 balanced meals a day and try to get in at least 2500 calories a day with 1 g of protein per lb of weight you got on you and 2 g of carbs.....eat clean. if you want to buy a supplement. get a decent weight gainer like maybe n large 2 and buy some whey protein. i highly recommend ON's 100% whey. if you want to start with a good training program....search the web for the max-ot training program......

you'll learn alot from it...and its a good beginner's program, then if you choose to....you can change your program up still using the basic conceps from max-ot......

pretty much, you gotta eat eat eat, lift properly and REST. that is the MOST IMPORTANT part of working out...SLEEP!! 7 - 9 hours of sleep is optimal....if you have trouble sleeping...pop some melatonins before you wanna go to bed and youre good. also, remember to up your water intake and investing in a good multivitamin is a good idea also...i use AST multi-pro....not very expensive and its very effective...i believe its like 13 bucks for a months worth...considering you dont follow the directions and take 1, instead of 2, a day.

i dont know what more you'd like me me to tell you...dont start taking anything else like creatine and sh.it...it'll be a waste of money and you wont notice the difference cause you have nothng to compare it to......

now........GO RESEARCH!!!!

You can get away with no eating 2500cal every day if your not heavy. How much do you weigh?

If your under 150lbs.. atleast get in 2000cal and eat after your workout.

if your heavier go the 2500cal and above.

the only supplement you should get is maybe protein powder and BCAA.
