Need help gaining weight
OK,,,,I'm 16 years old 6'7 and 185 pound bball player, i really need to gain weight and muscle before next basketball season. Last summer i did full body workouts about every other day, but i only gained about 9 or 10 pounds. I eat what ,I think, is a whole lot, but for somereason i can;t get big. I would also like to be able to keep in shape though also. I would really like some advice from people who kno what they are talking about, so they i can kno what i am doing before summer gets here.
