hey whats up my problem isnt to get stronger im already their but i wanted to know what is the quickest and best way to lose body fat and fast so my muscles will come through and show definition.

So then what would you recommend? I know a ton of people that use that technique. Just cut calories in half and still lift heavy but be sure to still have the right amount of protein and 3-4 times a week do cardio.
