Default losing body fat

hey whats up my problem isnt to get stronger im already their but i wanted to know what is the quickest and best way to lose body fat and fast so my muscles will come through and show definition.

The best way is to cut you calorie intake inhalf of what it is now. And do about 30mins to 1hr of cardio like 3-4 times a week. That worked for me it was good results.

thats silly. you don't cut your calorie in take in half. who told you that?

lower your cals to at least 500 below maintenance per day and add in cardio up to 3x per week.

healthy fat loss is about 1-2 lbs. per week.

Yea thats what worked for me. Thats what i heard and i tryed it and it works really good plus with the cardio is even better.

so if you're getting 3000 cals a day, you're advising folks to drop down to 1500 cals a day?

worked for you or not, that's not smart to be advising people and you are starvign your body and will burn alot of muscle away.

So then what would you recommend? I know a ton of people that use that technique. Just cut calories in half and still lift heavy but be sure to still have the right amount of protein and 3-4 times a week do cardio.
