ok now i wanna lose alot of weight and/or turn it into muscle....iam 250lbs....mostly fat.....and i dont know what to use....

i started going back to the gym 2weeks ago and lift weights and such like iam suppose to, i push myself a little more every week.....

and for cardio i jump rope and run....i do a little bit more every couple days and right now iam doing about 20mins of jump rope.....and Iam running about a mile and half on the school track....

sweating more is going to do nothing but hurt you... dehydration is not going to help you lose fat.

Look around these forums and do some research, and show me what you've learned.

First thing you should pick up is that fat doesnt turn into muscle. Fat goes away, and muscle grows. Get your diet straight, and find a good cradio workout.

Well first of all, sweating isn't the key to lose fat, but your program looks quite nice and I suppose that you are making progress.
However the most important thing is that you get a good diet. When you are at 250lbs and want to lose fat you can't afford many burgers or chips. Chicken, lots of vegtabels and fruits will be a good start.
I saw a documentary yesterday about a boy (think he was around 300lbs) who worked out everyday, after the workout he went out and bought coke and roasted potatoes. In 2 week he had put on 10lbs more.

Anyway keep up the good work and good luck

Drink a glass of water before you eat anything and you will fill up faster and not eat as much, cut back on food, lose the sweets in your diet and dont drink soda as often, and dont wear a plastic bag around your stomach,
