i want to get muscle and built quicker but i don't want to sue supplements that are going to be a problem in the future. i don't want to take creatine, i don't know enough about whey.....is there anything else that is good?

You have to read and understand what products are before you make judgements about them. If you are really that headstrong then just buy tons of lean meat, but whey is the most effective protein, especially after workouts. there are no side effects of any kind. Just search it and read, but if you dont want to try it just eat what you can and work hard. Good luck.
