what would i accomplish if i start doing 100 fist push ups a day? make my chest bigger,make me more fit,make my arms bigger, make me more defined

be VERY careful doing finger tip pushups. it is so easy to hurt your fingers by putting that much stress on them. Iv staved my fingers heaps of times doing those. It is a lot safe (not sure about more effective) to do wrist curls or plate pinches for your hands.
