Default fist PUSH UPS

what would i accomplish if i start doing 100 fist push ups a day? make my chest bigger,make me more fit,make my arms bigger, make me more defined
.... or is it just pointless cause i do work out evrey 2 days

and does it make my fists stronger?

It is cardiovascular excercising to do push ups, with fists or not, about the only positive to it is it would help with endurance. You are much better off doing a heavily weighted benchpress if you want to develop muscle. You'll never develop an incredible amount of muscle if you are only doing push ups.

plus you cant really make your fists stronger... if you're looking for a stronger grip (as in hand and forearm stength), try finger tip pushups.

be VERY careful doing finger tip pushups. it is so easy to hurt your fingers by putting that much stress on them. Iv staved my fingers heaps of times doing those. It is a lot safe (not sure about more effective) to do wrist curls or plate pinches for your hands.

For strength elevate your feet to put more of your body weight forward. You can also strap weights to your back, a backpack works well.
