Alright ive really been getting into lifting and have been taking the whey protein. Recently my dad whos a PT told me that some APEX recovery could help to. Not the fatburning apex. So i this is what i have drawn up. I take the apex shake with my breakfist which is a mix of carbs protein and vitamins. Then later in the day before i work out i take the apex recovery pill which helps curb muscle breakdown and delay fatigue. Then before i go to bed i take the protein shake with one scoop which is 29 grams.
(im looking for bulking) Will this work. I need a reply fast so i can get started. |

my body weight is 170 and theres 21 grams of protein in the apex and 30 in the whey so it would be a total of 51 grams of protein in shakes is that giving enough leeway for my food
