Hey guys, Im 17 and Im new to the forum. I just wanted to ask you guys about a shake that I make every now and then before I go to the gym. Here it is, I mix 1 scoop of protein, 500mg of glut, 150mg of caffeine and some arginine. How's the sound to you guys. I don't do it much but when I do, it seems to feel a little easier at the gym and like I can go longer. Anyone ever experiment with caffeine before workouts? Notice any difference? Thanks guys

yea I know, that's my only problem w/ caffeine. I don't ever take it though so when I do, it really wakes me up and gets me going. When I say I never drink it, I mean I NEVER drink it lol. I drink water and milk and that's it lol
