Default should i go back tommorow?

i decided to take a week off of lifting because i was haveing sighns of overtraining. all i did all week was some running and some abs. im thinking of going back to lifting tommorow but my right arm is still aching should i go back to lifting or what should i do?

I think you should identify why you are overtraining first. Consider how often you are training a certain muscle group a week, how many exercies/sets/reps you are doing.

i totally agree sam2005 you really dont want to keep track of what your doing and have a set schedule for each muscle group so you dont get ahead of yourself and prevent the overtraining to start with
