Need some help
I'm pretty lanky, 6'3" around 140 lbs, and I realize that I'm never truly going to get a lot of bulk, but I was wondering if anyone had any good tips for training, diet, and resting the muscles. I honestly don't know that much about lifting, so I'm just trying to do mostly curls (3 sets of 10 with 20lb), yea I know..don't laugh, and doing pullups/sit ups to gain some strength and tone. I'm not specifically training for any sports, being that the only sport I play is ulitmate frisbee (which is mostly leg and cardio, so I jump rope for that.)
