Split Workout everyday ok?
I do split workouts. Biceps/Triceps....Back,Chest, Traps,Shoulders.
do i really Need that rest everyday in between even when im splitting?
or can i just workout everyday since they are already alternating.

Rest.
You grow when you rest, not when you workout.
Resting and eating well to supply your body is done outside the gym and this is where you will see growth.
