Arrow Shoulders

I have been lifting weights now for about a year pretty religously and ever since i started ive been doing shoulder shrugs but as much weight as i put on the bar i can't get good shoulder muscles that stand out without flexing. I do 4*10 shoulder shrugs front and 4*10 back i put alot of weight on there but i still don't get the definition i want. So what do yall do to get ur shoulder muscle to stand out?

I do reverse military press with 4 sets of 6. Also, I only do one body part a day, it seems to work very well.

Shoulder Shrugs don't work your shoulder muscles (Deltoids). your working your traps if your doing shrugs. Try doing lateral raises with dumbells and military press.

I strongly suggest to buy a book that explains all the movments and their intended muscle groups worked.

hee hee. I bet he was wondering why his traps were so sore after shoulder workouts. Wildcat do an Anatomy search online to find out what works what if you dont already know.
