Default whats the best way to get definition!

im 16 5"6' and weigh 153 and im not going to lie i am strong and built but i dont have great definition in my chest and biceps and triceps and i would really like to get them defined along with my abs and i hear different stories on how many days to work out does anybody know what the best amount of days to workout would be along with cardio if you can please help me.

i will give some quick advice for you... you gotta tone that stuff!! use medium weight with a medium almost high reps, 2-3 sets.. i recommend 2-3 sets of 12 reps with a medium weight

Using weights to tone up is bulls***, if you want to tone up or increase definition you have to reduce body fat. Do this by incorperating cardio into your workout and reducing carbs from your diet. Carry on lifting heavy weights, if you reduce the weight this would only serve the purpose of improving muscular endurance.

you dont get defined in certain muscles, its just the whole body as the fat goes off - you cant even say the deltoids are more defined when they have 3 built heads, because those mucles are just bigger, not more defined

it depends on the person but 3-5 x a week, 30 minutes of cardio each - good clean diet, counting calories etc should be good

i just started using creatine... Makes me work like 3 Times harder in Gym when lifting

Definition is based lots upon your body fat %.

do some cardio


whoever said use light weights and more reps to get definition, you are an idiot. ohh and a newbie.
