Nooklear has a spectacular aura about
Default Back and Chest/Abs

Hey everyone. I was wondering how much working out your back influences the detail and definition in your chest/abs? I always feel like my back workout is lacking, and I'm wondering if thats why it seems like my chest and abs arent as nice as I would like, given that I have a sufficient chest / ab routine.

back exerscises can help your core somewhat but if it helps any muscles groups it would be your biceps mostly!
