Heya! im 18 working on getting some nice abs, but problem is i have never really had much success on getting a "six pack". I get nice and flat but never more than that and im lost

my diet is usually carbs and protein, breads and pasta and meats of sort... im cutting back on sweets and stuff and i have lost 10 pds.. my workout is crunches, 3set for 40 seconds each, then leg lifts 3set for 10reps and a bicycle 3set for 40 seconds

To make ur abs look better...well, first you have to lose the fat so you can see them. But when you do see them, if you want them to look hardcore then you should do some weighted ab exercises. Thats juts my advice. LIke laying on a bench and leaning off the back of it with some weight on your chest, I usually do enough weight to just do about 10 reps and my abs will be spent.
