Default Bulking.

After wrestling season is over I was planning on bulking for football since a lot of spots opened up. I did some research on it and I get the jist of it. But my question is what are your personal experiences with it? I thinking about using Pro lab N large or something similar. What should I expect? I know it may sound stupid, but I am correct in saying Ill put on muscle and fat and I wont just put straight up fat since there is more protein in those mixes? Thanks for any help regarding.

Yes you are correct you'll be gaining muscle along with fat. The reason why you'll be gaining fat is the sugar content in the N Large. To be honest i would not really spend my money on weight gainers, i would rather just buy whey and just add some oats and 1Tbsp of natural PB and milk and you got yourself a good weight gainer shake w/o the heavy sugar.

Just remember dont rely on just the shakes, you'll have to eat a lot more calories to get bigger. Hope the best for you.

IMO, you should stick with one sport! Going up and down in weight is very bad for you and anybody in the long run. You will eventually will get fat because muscle does not grow when you want it to grow but more or less when you provide a stable growth environment.

Well I cant just quit because thats not really me. Plus I like both sports. This year I also didnt have to cut any weight, in fact I was supposed to gain weight for the most part to wrestle up. Thank you for the advice though in both posts. Its really hard for me to put on weight, so I was hoping to see if this could help me out. Just a trial..see how things go. Oh and Im not trying to rely on the shakes..just going to see if it helps. I work out usually every day at least once, and use regular whey at the moment. Ive also been trying to clean up what I eat.

On a side note I was wondering if you had any advice for having to lift twice a day. First period weight training then usually wrestling lifting after school. As soon as wrestling is over it will stop but until then im just worried about overtraining and not getting good muscle growth and rest. Thanks again.
