im 16. 5"10 and 148 pounds. IM trying to gain mass. I have been told to take in 2500-2900 calories, 180-200 grams of protien, and 370-280 grams of carbs. Im finding it really hard to eat this much food. So i was wondering is this advice wrong or is it the amount of food im eating at each meal? Also im taking cyto gainer but only 2 scoops b4 a workout and 4 after. Im also taking cell tech.Ive got some improvment but its not much. So i was wondering if anyone could give me advice on my deit, supplement taking, and even working out routines. I am willing to take any help beacause what ever i am doing is just not working.
