hey, incredible bulk was talking about not overtraining,
if train really hard once a week, like do loads of chest excersises on that one day then leave it like he says for a week will i make good gains
or do you have to keep your training down for each session

i run by: if you trained them heavy and hard on day one, you wont have to hit them again till next week.

In the beginning, especially during the teen years i feel its best only to work out muscle groups once a week. When you have a few years training under your belt, you know what your body can handle, then up the intensity.

Question

keep working it out......?

you'll be able to lift more as time goes by. dont focus so much on how much just focus on lifting it the right way.

creatine is best used when youve been bbing for a long time and you "hit a wall" seriously if youve never done training before you will make big gains fast.
after 2 months of training my bench press has raised by 20kg there newbie gains but i can allready see a big improvement pec wise.

start small and aim heavier each week it all adds up. drink loads of water. get that protein. eat eat eat! and dont forget to rest. at the start i recommend a week before you hit the muscles again. have you got a split yet?

show your back better? as in posing or gaining new muscle mass?

Oblique fat can only be lost through cardio, a minimum of 30 minutes with your heart rate around 80% of its maximum. I'd like to dispel the myth of spot reduction right now, no matter how many side bends you do or twists, your love handles will not dissapear unless you hit the treadmill.

3 sets per exercise...

Products like ZMA, Tribulus, and other testosterone enhancers are a waste of money at this stage. You natural testosterone levels during your teen years are sky high and the % raise these supplements offer, will go un-noticed in terms of muscle growth and recouperation. Save your money, buy a decent whey protein shake.
****! >_<

Just waisted $90,- on testastoron Hydrotest !
Should of done more background research instead of buying it.
