I think you can only make one under one of the main forums. Like you can make one under the ANABOLIC CHAT. just click the button on the bottom left that says NEW THREAD.

hey guys (and girls if youre reading this ) im new to bb4u and i had a question on creatine. i bought the kre alkalyn 1200 product and i've been debating with the topic of how much i should take. if youve read up on it its supposed to have 10 g of creatine in every pill and the directions say take 1-2 in the morning and 1-2 before working out. when should i really take it..before or after and how much? these are pills we're talking about so yeah....i heard i have to drink it with a non-acidic juice...apple juice i heard? so far ive been taking 1 pill (10g) a day about an hour after i work out? i really could use some direction. thanks alot!

I heard if you take more than it could get you all jittery, the gym I went to was selling it and the woman running the place said not to take 5 grams a day, unless you're cycling I guess. Idk, that's just what I heard.

Kre Alkalyn ( buffered Creatine ) will not make you jittery and has no effect on the CNS . Take 1 Capsule before workign out and one after, with water.
