Hi i have been weight lifting for a year now and i am going to get serious.
I weight 145( i am a little bit chubby) 5'5 and just turned 14.I am very active i swim i do tae kwon do kickboxing and submission wreslting What do i eat? Is my routine good? Can i gain muslce while losing fat? I dont get it. I eat healthy and i am very active and still i just cant seem to lose that last 10 pounds of fat. Also is my routine good for jumping higher and running fast? Bench: 50pounds(8 times) Concentration curl right: 30pounds (6) Concentration curl left: 25 pounds (12) Leg press: 140kg (10) lying keg curl: 15kg (7) Stretch Set1 Leg press, Hammer Curl, Shoulder Press, Lat pull down, Hamstring, Bench Press, Calves, Biceps Curl, Leg extension(or squat), Chest, Triceps pull down, Forearm, Shoulder fly REST Set 2 Leg press, Biceps curl, Shoulder press, Lat pull down, bench-press, hamstring, calves, forearm, chest, Shoulder fly, triceps pull down REST Set 3 Hammer curl, Leg press, Shoulder press, Lat pull down, hamstring, bench press, calves, biceps curl, Forearm, Chest, Leg Press(squat or extension) |
