For mass building I would have to say barbell curls.

Edit: I, like Spartan don't really train arms directly. Compound lifts like rows, pullups (wide and close grip) and deadlifts hit my bi's just fine. Every once and a while I'll end my workout with a set or 2 of heavy barbell curls.

I don't train arms directly. Do enough of the compound lifts and you'll be fine. bent over bb rows do a good job of working your bis.

I do dumbells, cause my left arm is a little smaller than my right. I always make sure my left does the same as my right, so eventually it will catch up.

I like barbell and dumbell curls, they are the best for both size and strength. However i do usually throw in an auxillary lift at the end like cable or concentration curls.

personally the dumbells is what you should go for it keeps your arms equal and helps your less dominate arm

i think that a bicep blaster is one of the best tools its not as popular now as it was in the sixties but its making a big comeback. i definitly would recomend one. it definitly makes you keep good form.
