well those are nice numbers but mine are bench=315, squat=457,and powercling= 157 about the dead lift havent done it so ill clue you in later on that. but like i said nice numbers and im 16 if anyone was wondering.

Okay, not to get anything started. But, I have a friend that benched 350 at age 16 without any spot and he put it back on the rack without any help at all. He weighed 210 pounds. So, it is possible, just not that common. but, he now is 21 and can only do about 325 because he slacked off.

uhhh well heres some of my stats
age 16 weight 165 roughly around 5' 9" bench is at 195 squat is 325 im trying to put on some weight so i can improve my bench but im also really into my legs for football i keep being told how crucial leg strength is for football |
