Default Help Bulking?

Im 14 years old and pretty skinny. im not really that skinny, i just want to get more mass and get bigger for football. I was going to start bulking by cutting off my cardio and just eat, which is how to do it.(i think) i wanted to know what foods would help the best, if there are any. and i wanted to do some moderate weight training while bulking and wanted to know if that would affect my results? (increase or decrease) any comment will be appreciated.
Thank you

dont cut off all cardio. do about 2 sessions of moderate cardio a week, while bulking you will undoubtedly put on some fat. a little cardio will help to minimize that

You want to get 1.5-2.0 grams of protine for every pound of your body weight while bulking.Good high protein sources Chicken,tuna,eggs,Almonds,Peanutbutter....
You also should be taking in about 3-5 grams of carbs per pound of body weight. some good high carb food like Pasta,rice,potataoes,bread...
If your still in school wich i think you are you probably are and eat the tipical school lunch. mainly because it is tough to eat good when you still in school.

Well im still in school what i do is i buy a s*** load of cand chicken and tuna in water put that in my locker and every 2-3 night i make some pasta or rice than i put that on ice in a bag and every 2 periods or so i go and eat 1 can of chicken or 2 cans tuna with some rice or pasta. i get about 37 grams of protein from each can of chicken and about 40 for every 2 cans of tuna. And rice and pasta is where i get my carbs.

If you get your diet right youll be supprised at how much better your gains will be.

Following on wrkinghard's comments, the carbs should be complex, this includes, Wholegrain pasta, brown rice, brown bread, oats, sweat potatoes.
