you dont cycle protein or glutamine you should be taking protein everyday. as for glutamine, doesnt really do much and you dont cycle it you can take it how ever long as you want. creatine is what you should cycle... cycling is going on a certain supplement for a set period of time and going off it for a while and re starting... i personally think you should go on creatine for a month on and 3 weeks off the start over. but you cna read up on that.

I would skip the Glutamine (some might disagree) as 80-90% is destroyed during digestion. Creatine is good, but not essential (it works for me). I would go with CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester) b/c it doesn't have the side effects that Creatine Monohydrate has and is more efficiently absorbed by your muscles. It should be cycled on 8 weeks off 4 weeks. Whey Protein, however, is essential IMO. I would consider it to be the most important supplement for muscle growth. There are a million types, but ON 100% Whey is awesome. I like the double choclate flavor, but there are ton of different ones. Search online for great prices or check GNC b/c it is still not too expensive there (getting it off of the internet is way, way cheaper).
