bench press= 445 pounds
deadlift= 285 pounds
curl = 135 pounds

Please do not lie, if you could really do that then you would be on the way to being the next Arnold Schwarzenegger.
I know people twice your size and would consider that bench to be good for them.
How long have you actualy being training. Post your diet and routine then we can help you.

learning how to spell would be a good start.

try reading stickies and posting more specific questions.
And being the next arnold is a little unrealistic goal at 14 years old, take lifting slow.

I am not trying to bust on you and crush your dreams....just stating the obvious.

Lets just say, for fun, that those are your real lifts.......it looks like someone has put way too much emphasis on their chest over the years.....you shouldnt be benching that much more than you deadlift.

Lol, your attempt to spell Arnie's name brings a smile to my face. Good luck on your journey.

Hahahaha, that made me laugh.

Seriously though, for those numbers on curls and bench, he must have no legs or lower back. That dead is dreadful.
