It will run you about $4000 US. It takes 2 months to heal. My friend had a gyno from puberty and this is how much he paid to get it done.

Actually... but the sound of this description you do (I'm no doctor btw). I have done a lot of research and it has to do with an aerola gland behind your nipple which is much larger than normal. When the aerola is relaxed your nipples are puffy. When the gland is stimulated (through cold, or some exercise like running) it gets a lot smaller.

Start doing some research online and see your doctor.
