Very sad indeed! And may god bless those left behind with this pain. 62 mph sounds like a manslaughter charge in the making. I guess there either is more to the story or the DA has his head up his ass? I just recently "well back in Nov. 2008 had my partner who is a Mexican PGR agent "the same as US FBI" was killed over a domestic dispute, 4 men died that day, two PGR and two Mex Army, over what? A women, my partner was called into a domestic problem involving two Mex Army over a women, the two punk Army Kids "I say kids as they were only 19 years old" had been carrying there issued weapons and they were BAR's "Browning automatic Rifle" 7.62mm a hell fire weapon, PGR carry standard 45 cal Ozzie "Israeli" no match! well long story short the PGR had been chewed to pieces, 3 hours later the rest of the PGR moved on location and killed both soldiers, no questions, no courts! that was justice and that is why i live where i do! sorry to here of your loss, and sorry you can not carry out the justice your partner so deserves!
