Famous Lunatic Pat Robertson has now Endorsed Rudy Giuliana in the 2008 presidential race...

If you are not familiar with Pat Robertson he is the famous Evangelical minister who likes to blame Natural Disasters, Medical Conditions, and Terrorist attacks on Gays and Abortionists... (AND PEOPLE BELIEVE HIM!)

This honestly freaked me the F out as I was reading through this article in today’s paper... I mean think about it, YOU'RE president could end up being a man who agrees that "The 911 attacks were God’s wrath for our acceptance of Gays and Abortionists"

Might as well take this opportunity to wave goodbye to Rowe V. Wade, Gays ever having a chance at equal rights and America being the leader in Scientific and Medical advancement...

And a special goodbye to planet earth (but o wait, the overwhelming majority of scientists are wrong... Global warming doesn’t exist!

I have a lot to say on this subject but honestly it would be too much to type out right now... I guess it all bottles down to this, feel free to believe whatever you want, I think religion is a great thing if it enriches you’re life and makes you a better person… but when people like Pat Robertson want to use there influence to effect my life, well that’s just going to far!

Rudy wont get the nomination. His pro-choice and pro gay rights positions dont sit well with bible belt conservatives and thats a very large constituency to Repubs. Crazy Pat Robertson has no influence over these people. Im not sure he has any influence over anyone.

Although, if there is a god, he certainly would hate fags. lol

Pat Robertson is an embaressment to people of faith who sincerely care about the world. I am a christian who has a very libertarian view of things. It is embaressing to hear him blame groups of people and talk about how we should "stop" evil and crap. Look, i dont agree with everyones decisions in this world, not by far, but because of my beliefs I know they ALL have a right to think and do what they want. I dont think it is all right, but all I can really do is keep on living the life I know I should live, and loving people along the way. There is no good is hating different groups or different kinds of people. It literallly makes me sick that he gets to talk on behalf of "christians" and ultimately on behalf of Jesus. Literally, that is the only thing some people will think of when they think of people of faith, is crazy Pat ranting and raving, and it is just a terrible thing. There are way too many people like him, and not enough people from his own belief system speaking against him. I do not think he is a good man.

Im with Mitch, Giuiana wont get the nomination. Im not sure who I think is going to get it, but I dont really like any of the candidates except for Paul, which no one is giving a chance. I guess we will see how things play out in the next few months.

and I believe that the vast majority of Christians probably feel like you do, its just a shame that the only ones who make it on T.V. are the crazy ones.


It bothers me sometimes that Religion is such a large part of politics...

It bothers me even more though that there are so many brainless tards that will follow the advice of the Pat Robertsons and Rush Limbaughs of the world just so they don’t have to use that squishy grey thing between their ears.

Keep in mind that these people are ENTERTAINERS, not teachers.
