That'd depend on body fat as well.

i often dont like looking in the mirror, because i can get annoyed at myself for not looking like i want to, when i first started training i remember looking in the mirror, and seeing all my ribs and how thin i was and i turned around and legged it out the room with my arms around my ribs to cover them, i was that ashamed!

I have tried to get away from the bigorexia recently, i am a teen and i think i am missing out alot, but i struggle to get away from it.

if your unsatisfyed when you look in the mirror then maybe you should use this to motivate you. motivation is a great tool

I was at one point, until I realised there's more important and enjoyable things in life than lifting.

i had bigorexia well bad, the more i thought about it. recently i have completely changed and had a break from lifting etc. am back on it but not like i used to, for now at least. because am still young i just want to enjoy life a bit. i wouldnt have a girlfreind before because i thought they would would pull me down. now i got one and its best thing for me right now. now i look back i realise how much of a state i was in and what i was missing.

Good for you mate, theres way WAY! More to life than lifting weights and worring about looking small, lifting should be something thats enjoyable and nothing more, i myself have been way too obsessive about my training and it becomes an illness in the end, best thing to do is stay healthy and fit by eating right and exercising, if you aint got your health then everything else in your life will slowly fall apart.
