punch bags seem to help releive stress...
try hammering them 4-5 days a week for a couple of months.

Thats what made me stop my drug use when i was 19, i was heavily into coke, lsd, and extacy... I love dem soo much id do the drugs then lift on them for a extra high from the endorphines thats were being released..
Long story short...
I Quit my drug use after that....
But...
I still suffer anxiety and panic attacks, i developed a fear of heights from it, which was odd, i was told its lsd physcosis??? dunno though...
But i still have a problem being in wide open areas, and up in the air, for instance anythign higher than 3 stories...
I take herbal supps for them...
Sam-E, typtophan, 5htp.....
Look into those...
Also ^^BUmp^^ to cutting out the stimulants... that triggers mine sometimes, espcially when i drink more than 300mgs of caffeine at once...
Any type of test enchancers too...
I was told by a natropathologist, that putting your self on a low carb diet also works, it cuts the test levels back?? Im not too sure about that never reasearched it myself but couldnt hurt to try if they start to reoccur on a normal basis....
