yikes, my sister was just telling me about anoerxia after she read about it in one of her magazines, they have sites and everything that big up anorexia, i saw some pics and its scary as, some of them will barely eat a meal a day, i also searched it on youtube and this woman was talking about the physcial damages it does and she is completely fuked now, its weird that there are people like us that are trying to bulk and are eating like 5000 + cals a day and then there are women like this eating like 500 cals a day. if that.

I found a message board once about anorexia...it was a bunch of teenagers talking about how they haven't eaten and ways to throw up. It made me ill and sad. These kids look up to girls like this...it's disgusting.

they call it pro anna, its short for anorexia but it also makes it so that no one knows what it is if they see you on it, they call pictures like that "thinspiration"

i know there was a thread on this forum buy i think it was biggerguns=longerdrives and it was about us guys not seeing are gains and thinking we are still small, but if you look how scrawny and massless (made that word up) these people are its extreme, i cant beleive they dont look at them selves and say, "god i am so skinny its dangerous" or something.

I see girls like that at my gym. Funny thing is, those people are the ones with the highest BF! Eating nothing and doing lots of cardio eats all your muscle, not fat. So when you go to do something like a caliper test, you grab their bicep and there is nothing there but fat.

I honestly could never understand it. Not eating is a mental problem. Its all in your mind and I dont know how or why anyone would want to do that to themselves.
