Default Confidence

Confidence- Who has it and who doesnt? What makes you a confident person or what makes you lack confidence?

For those of you who had lack of confidence and now have it what did you do to achieve it?

I consider myself pretty confident. I started gaining confidence when I began to work out back in my early twenties. My body transformed a great deal. I had always been thin, until I hit my early twenties... when I went from a size 2 to a 6... (for me that was a big jump in a matter of months).

I was never confident before I started hitting the gym, now I am fairly confident moreso when I'm "ON" then when im off. Juice really does a number on your self confidence.

Most definitly confident. Not cocky or arrogant, I just know that I am no better or worse then the majority of humanity. Having worked in a jail, walked around murders, rapists, nut jobs, and earned their respect, yea I am pretty confident.

Gaining approx. 40lbs (135 to ~175) and over 2" on my arms really did a number on my confidence. A lot of my friends have noticed this as well. Too much confidence often looks cocky, something I cant stand.

I'm cocky, borderline arrogant. I don't know how I got it, maybe being born great looking, being in shape, knowing how to kick @$$ and being someone people are drawn to does it.

WOW!
At least you assume yourself. I know that sometimes I do get arrogant when arguing, but I'm not good enough to admit my fault right away

I get very dickheaded during arguments. I sometimes even laugh at a cut or mean comment being proud at how clever it was.

went out saturday night to a city i've never been before.
the first bar i went up with my good mate, confidence brimming as i had nothing to worry about... chatted up the first girl i saw and as part of my ice breaker i took a pirates hat some poor guy was wearing as he dressed up as Jack Sparrow lol.

chatted her up succesfully but i was dragged away after 30 mins as everyone was moving on to another bar.

in the night club i scored with a bunny girl (all girls like to dress as bunny girls on a birthday lol). just walked up to her and started talking, managed to seperate her from her mates (not an easy task as all guys know) and hey presto!
It wasnt long before the pack of zebra came back to gather up one that was lagging behind the pack though. Had my fun and went on my way

Now.....

if i was in my home town i doubt this would of happened, but because i was in a strange city, didnt give a rats ass about embarressing myself and just went 'happy go lucky' it worked ten fold.
When i'm full of confidence nothing can stop me, when i'm off form i am waaaay off form.
