And apparently, this morning, they are saying that he confessed. I was watching the news last night and his family was saying the guy "was researching the J. Benet case to do a book." The accused, John Mark Kerr, says it was an accident!

Sick sad stuff. What some people have to endure...that family was truly torn apart.

Not to judge things by a photo, but that dude is creepy looking.

based on his story....its apparantly all wrong. he says he drugged her, but the autopsy showed no drugs. he says he raped her, but the autopsy does not show that either. he says he picked her up from school that day; it was the day after christmas. his own wife says he was in alabama at the time with his kids. there are even issues with the ransom note.

also, check out this theory: rumors are that the guy is up for hefty sex charges in thailand. he decides (or makes a deal with john ramsey) to come forward with a confession on this. the US comes and grabs him out of thailand and he spends the jail in the US and not some dungeon in thailand.

Interesting. I am just waiting for DNA testing to compare his sample to those that Boulder already has. That will decided it all. Not going to get into all the conspiracy theorists' ideas. They just get too muddled.
