Getting into wrestling - BodybuildingForYou

Any particular tips as far as getting into pro wrestling is concerned? I know I have to gain first, but I want to take the necessary steps that lead up to actually going into a school, or even after that.

Start learning to wrestle as you get bigger, that way you won't need to spend as long learning when you have gained...
also, you may need to make some friends in the right places to get into professional wrestling...

i have been training for 2 years now. You gotta find a school in your area and pay your dues and start training. you dont have to be big yet just start learning.

Im not sure what the deal is with the school we have/had, I know we have one but th enumber changes constantly.

How much is your school bro? Ive heard some outrageous prices ...

And yeah, I need to grow .. I dont have the advantage you have of being 8feet tall like Khali or soemthing. I'm 6'0 175 (although you could never tell Im 175 unless you looked at my legs.) I look pretty thin. Since I'm no luchador I'm going to have to either get past the fear of moonsaulting or get bigger.

I used to wrestle, you just have to get in there and start learning. The regional shows will put beginners on as 'warm ups' for the crowd, you don't have to be bg, just get talented, or a good stage personality or gimmick.

What was the nerd guys name from the old ECW, he was skinny but decent wrestler and the crowd loved him.

I know exactly who you are talking about. He wore those big glasses. He was with those guys that always screamed "GET THE TABLE!!!".

I dont remember his name though.

It was Spike Dudley.

You should be like RVD or jeff hardy. Just do crazy stuff and it doesnt matter how big you are. Everyone likes to see someone go throigh a table.

Unfortunately, I don't do marijuana and use illegal pain pills like RVD to rectify that, and I don't do meth like Jeff Hardy. I was thinking more along the lines of Shawn Michaels. The guy is fighting at 185 right now -- was smaller than his prime, and he's still turning it on.

I need a damn school out here first!
