I dont understand why so many of you have trouble realizing that other cultures arent the same as the United States. Mayn have different values and different norms within their society. And thats not always a bad thing, thats why I like leaving the country so much, to experience some different things. So maybe their differences are more noticable than others. Yes, it seems violent to us, but realize they have different rules and regulations, and respect it. That is how they live and we cant change their values. I dont agree with their values, but we dont have a right to change them.

Everyone needs to get over it, they will never have the same beliefs and conduct themselves the same way as us here in the USA....hey maybe thats for the better, because we have alot of issues too. YOu do realize that lots of countries look at some of our traditions and such and think we are a little wacked up.

"people like elite" get outraged over terrorism, over beheadings, over kidnappings, over suicide bombers. there is nothing wrong with being outraged. "people like elite" dont walk into a crowded building with a bomb strapped to them and detonate it killing hundreds. "people like elite" dont hijack airplanes and fly them into buildings. "people like elite" dont kill people over a silly cartoon and use it as an excuse to spread more of their seething hatred. "people like elite" want to protect this country. "people like elite" didnt start this war. "people like elite" WANT TO END THE WAR!!!

To applaud someone's ignorance is not bad..if you don't understand english as you would not have a clue to what is being said, but reading elite's post and having the ability to understand it and see the vile-foul-evil intent behind it and STILL raise your arms for it; is inexcusable. the muslims took offense of the cartoon becuase by law or whatever, they can't depict allah in any way physically. Plus the cartoon made fun of them.

Yeah the cartoon was wrong and the riots are getting out of control, but the world is full of hate.

alright everyone first of all about removing the post, i realize that i am new to this forum but im pretty sure that the title to this part of the forum reads that it may be offensive so IMO he has the right to say what he feels regardless of offense. second i have to say that a part of me agrees with him and a part of me does not. About 5 months ago i would have whole heartedly agreed with him. Since that time my opinions have changed. for the last 4 and a half months i have been in this s**t hole part of the world that is being discussed. I will be here for another 8 on top of that. Im with the army bomb squad, and we were deployed in october to kuwait. I definitley agree that all the extremist and extremist loyalists should be hung during the half time show at the next super bowl. however there are more people over here that are not terrorists and are. many of the people have their own faith and believe in it and do not look at others as wrong. simply different. there is not a whole hearted hate of americans and christians. over here it is simply they are "them" and have their beliefs and we are "us" and have our beliefs. oh well my 2 cents.

oh by the way, you say kill them all, and im sure that that is pretty easy to do as you sit in you house with your family and all the luxuries that being in america affords, but if you are so adimant about coming over here and killing them then dont sit on this forum and rave about. enlist in the infantry and come over here and do it yourself.
