No, it's Not a fact. The U.S. is ignoring the additional Provisions of The Geneva Conventions. Rumsfeld has said The U.S. is not going to abide by it.

Maybe I missed it, but I read through the links you posted and the text of the geneva convention I already had and I couldn't find a place where they would classify as POW's.

you didnt miss it. they dont classify as POW's. they are not uniformed soldiers of an occupied country.
