thats not always true i apllied for a apprentaship and i was talk to a retire that used to do the interveiws.. he said if a minorit interveiws they will get automatic top 50 because the union is low on minorties... he told me tobad i wasent a a young black woman i would probly get top 20 no matter what... i do half to say thow there where onyl about 3 balck people and about 5 woman filling out paperwork on sing up day.. also i have 4 years experiance as a Metal trades hand workign in the shipyards doing the same thing in ships instead of a building... so i know id idnt have qualfication isssues...

The real problem here is our government. If our government here wasn't such a bunch of pussy's we would not have these problems. Sure slavery rotted and so did the concentration camps but no one can go back in time. If I could I would not be here. I would be on a boat somewhere with much $$$ and much *****es but that isn't the case and we can't go back in time. Our government is a bunch of pantywaste's that feel we have to coddle everyone. We bail Israel out of everything and send them a sh*t load of cash and we have nothing but black this and black that in this country. The government lables people as minorities and pushes it down everyone's throat. They are trying to undo something that can't be undone and it is totally unproductive. The word minority simply should not exist because it gets bastardized every second of every day. This is by far the best country in the world (sure we have our problems as I eluded to with our government above) and if it such a racist and malicious country then you know what...pack up your sh*t and get the fu*k out instead of whining about it but not doing anything about it.
