1. Do you have any kind of spiritual belief?
Yes, absolutley!!!

2.To you, who is Jesus?
To me, Jesus is the son of God. If you don't believe that he is the Son of God then you have to admit that Jesus was the best character ever made. To me, his story and really the point he was trying to get across was quite original. The meek shall inherit the earth,turn the other cheek, and how important love is. It is pretty awesome.

3. Do you think there is a heaven or hell?
Both, but i don't believe that people go to hell for eternity. I beleive that is too harsh of a punishment for what we do here on earth. Eternity is just too long of a time to be in hell for. Personally i think hell may more be like a jail sentence. Once you die, you find out what the truth is and at that point you will have to be punished for your wrong-doings.

4. If you fell over and died, where would you go? If heaven, why would God let you in?I believe that we all go into the ground and we stay there until the end of the world. Then God will judge everybody and we will know then, but No, I don't think we go right to heaven or hell right away.

5. If what you were believing was not true, would you want to know?

this isnt about the matrix this is life. Why is it that people can step on hot coles. That would burn anyones feet. They truly belive that they will not get burned. They also belive they dont have a foot or flesh to get burned. This my hun isnt fantasy or hollywood but this is a little deeper than what normal people understand. People see whats on the surface, thats funny for me lol. People can literily DO anything they belive. You can even kill yourself by thinking you dont live. Unfortunily i had a friend who did it, that **** wasnt funny. His heart that he died so it stoped and he did die. Guys theres more than life than just wats here.

So where does it all end? Devoid of all our "humaness" -- what's out there? Do you believe there is a goal to be obtained / strived for? or is it just a swirling mass of energy of which we are somehow a part?

Yes

Perhaps fiction, or more likely a charismatic character that was either part of political ploy or used by others to create political power.. which in a world where most everything is spread by word of mouth, took on a life of it's own... The ideals of which struck the hearts and minds of any ordinary man or woman, every man and woman were eager to believe in such a story, and such a man... and the story spread.

3. Do you think there is a heaven or hell?

Of course not.. if there is a god, why would he punish us for not having faith in him.. that's just cruel... Besides that, the whole point of life is it's experience, if upon entering heaven you achieve eternel bliss and all your questions are answered.. what would the point be after that... eternal bordem?

The impact I made on existance would continue to have a ripple effect throughout time, up to and potentially beyond our own extinction... with any luck our role in this universe will have it's desired effect, and that ripple effect will have an impact on the ultimate proliferation of life into the next universe, and the never ending cycle beyond that... if an asteroids hits us tomorrow.. it will not matter.. but at least the possibility of having impact on existance exists... and to me that's enough.

But for the most part my corpse will be buried.

5. If what you were believing was not true, would you want to know?

Sure, but to know everything is to be everything.. and to be everything would leave no room for a brain large enough to comprehend anything.. so really we'll never really ever know anything.

There is rencarnation that is fact. Psysics are able to tell what your other lifes where. Ive had visions about what i was. Now, our goal of being a live is to be enlighted. Where there is no ego and we become one. Where we one with everything.. We are getting there slowly but surly. Remmber the day when people were prejudce of race. We over came that and are moving forward. That is why there is rencarnation so you being a soul can grow and grow though your life times and finally reach enlightment. I actually got told this in a dream also. The only thing is we have complete control over if we "grow" or not. So people are gunna grow at different times. MY feeling is , is that were gunna be gone before we reached our goal because of our own destruction. A couple of people in the world might ruin it for us. "UNderdeveloped people" The leaders of the countries. U noticed that we are geting more and more aginst war. Back in veitnam if people died it wasnt as bad as now. If 1 person dies its on the news and people get depressed.

Has anyone thought about this:
We could be just a little ant farm in some one else house. But we dont even know it. Think of "The island" same principal. There could be this whole other civilaztion that makes our world look like a tennis ball. And when their done with us were dead. They could be playing with us. Experimenting. By thowing titalways at us or astroids back in the dinosaur days. Interesting huh.

I accept Christ as my Savior, but many of us say that...just because one believes that Jesus died for our sins does not mean that one is guaranteed a spot in heaven. Most christians I know are hypocrites, proclaiming that they follow the Lords teachings, but then snog the ministers cousin after service or say hateful things about what the other women are wearing. Mean covetous gossiping biotches and pervy men...that about sums up most of the people I have ever met at church. They proclaim that because they accept that Jesus died for their sins and accept him as their Lord and Savior then they are true Christians, then they will be accepted into the Lord's kingdom. One cannot continually covet, gossip, lust, steal, hate, and judge, these same people claim to know the Bible...they can spout scripture on the drop of a hat, they will tell you they are going to heaven, they will tell you to change your ways or you will burn in hell when judgement day comes....none of us know we are going to heaven. When we do die we will have to answer for every little thing we have done. I do not believe the Lord offers the option of bad sins, okay sins, and really really bad sins. Sorry, but I think for anyone to say they are going to heaven is speaking a little too soon. I hope I will go to heaven, I can only hope I am worthy of heaven. I do not know positively if I will make it though and no one does. I would not claim to know what choices or plan God has for me.

Why do you keep qouting the bible? I'd be the first one to tell you that I think the bible is one of the most intelligent books ever written... absolutely loaded with solid moral teachings...

But, what are you trying to say by quoting from the book so frequently? it has no bearing on the reality of the questions you posed.

It's people who should not judge. God does judge. He judges everyone.

why should he judge. Why do u have to look up at something. Feel your own body your a part of god. Judging is a function of the mind hanna. God isnt a person. With a brain and an ego and who thinks hes better than us. Was your parents christan too hanna.

by the way whenever you call somone by their name you are judging or call something by a color or w/e its still the same.

should I answer to him? Because he gave me life. Ack...I feel horrible about what you just said ....if you believe in Christianity, then you believe that God is better than us all. He is our creator and our judge. He sets standards and to be a part of that kindgom he expects one to live to His standards. I guess this is what I was raised believing. Everybody believes differently.

It's where the answers to those questions come from, for me. And it speaks directly to the other questions being discussed. LeRoY56 stated "Your fine your not gunna get judged" -- I was just answering that statement with what I believe. That verse clearly states that there is a judge. It's just what I believe to be true.

Thats cool Hanna. I was a christan when i was growing up, up until i was a senior and then everything changed. For the good. My guardians gave me a new way and i found out about alot of the things. Many of those in this thread. Im not here to bash what you have belived in your intire (i know i suck at spelling) life. But im just trying to say that there might be another way. That isnt a religion but something different and concreate. No hard feelings either
