took me forever to recover from the same thing, still not 100% all the time

It's a re-occuring thing for me, in both shoulders.
I can go months and months with no issues, but then sometime or another it always comes back...but usually it heals up in a few days.
It could be a number of things causing my issue, could be an exercise I am doing, maybe form is a little off, could be an imbalance in delt growth (front delts overpowering rear, etc), could be from sleeping on it wrong??????

If any of you have weights at home that you can do this with I would appreciate it so I can see how I measure up.
OK bro, I did it after working my Back and Biceps..

I was able to hold the 15's for 1 min 38 seconds..

* But I think I could do alot better because I had nothing on the line for this, I was just messing around.
If there was some meat hanging at the end of the rope (competition) I would have pushed myself alot harder.
I think if I was fresher and if I tried a little harder I could get to 2 mins.

And when I failed, I just failed, it was no slowly dropping the arms gradually stuff, LOL they just failed and I dropped the DB's LOL!

awesome, I might try it again today since I'm squatting, I think I can do better than a minute. If I can get up to where you are at by contest time I would be happy.

You can do it man! I only held it about 30 seconds longer and we are (for the most part) about on the same strength level on most lifts.

Good luck bro, I am rooting for you to do well!!!!

Damn boilermaker!

yes, but isn't everyone. You have to come down sometime near the end of March, early April. My gym is having a powerlifting contest at the end of April. That would put you right in the middle of me and my partners training for it. All days are "heavy" days then.

That sounds good, I have spring break march 14 so I'll probably come down sometime after that.
