I know me, merk, and the mysterious BTH are pretty much the only ones logging here but seriously, some of you have to work out right? Bite that pride and lets see some numbers!

I've lost some strength since losing weight. I'm close to 1500 but not that close to Elite. to get to Elite, I'd probably have to get over 220 and I don't want to be any heavier anyway.
bench - 365 squat - 545 dead - 605 (this might be higher, but its been a while since I've tested it) my bench will never be big anymore because my shoulders don't ever get enough rest because of all the vball I play. besides messing up my rc multiple times.

I could actually smash my squat and bench total so I might very well be Class I. But as it stands now these are my totals that I have done.
Weight: 178 lbs. S: 335 B: 275 D: 425 Total: 1035

If your talking what you could do right now, with no supporting gear, I would be in the class II, but could most likely get into class I with a few months of low-rep training. I did'nt think I was that good when I used to powerlift about 10-12 years ago, but I was in master then. But thats using the belt, wraps, suit, ect. I figure the squat suit and wraps added close to 100 pounds to the squat, so it makes a big difference. Plus its a different now as I go rock bottom. I don't think the suit helped the dead much, same with the shirt, maybe 10-15 pounds. I heard now days the shirts are much better and can add 50-80 pounds to your bench if you get one that fits right. But I figure whats the point, sometimes it comes down to who has the best supporting gear. Now a raw meet may be more appealing to me, but then you have to worry about blowing out your knees or shoulder. So I think its much safer and healthier to work out in med. reps instead of seeing how much you can do for a single...

I think I'm hanging around class III somewhere. Not bad for an old guy who's been seriously training for a little under 2 years now.
