Give it time. Your frame will accommodate to the weight and intensity you lift... my frame has expanded nicely over the years and I'm sure yours will too given enough time and experience.

Keep working hard and don't rely on the shirt for hitting your goals. I had a powerlifter that I used to train with and he would set a high max w/o a shirt so that he could go into the meet and blow it away. I would love to see what I could get up with a shirt on. I guess it helps to add a few bragging pounds! I've not got a true "max" in a long time, but on my bench pyramid of 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1 I'll do 275 for 8, 300 for 6, 330 for 4, 365 for 3, 385 for 2, and 405 for 1. Some days I'll get the 1 by myself and somedays I'll need a little spot. I'm thinking my max may be 410-415.

here is my 180 lb workout partner hitting 365 lb - raw earlier this year
YouTube - TG - BP Cafe, you just need to get back into the routine. I know you have been busy with a lot in your life. A 200lb lifter should be into the 400 lb range without any shirts.
