that i sprolly one of the best aquat vids i've seen posted on this site. That is some SERIOUS weight too! I do go a little deeper tho usually, but i just cn use as much weight, but i feel the deep the more hips and helps keep them strong for the ones i do at about that guys depth. Is this poor training? i should go at his hieght all the time with more weight? just a thought.

YouTube - Future again
Here's a more recent one of him(I think). His new wife is very near to a bodybuilding comp so to be in solidarity with her, he dieted down, he's like 240 and pretty ripped and was talking about doing a BB'ing competition, he's a long time powerlifter, so he should definitely kick some major ass. He's really in control of 605lbs, it's pretty impressive.
