Default Flex article on Mariusz Pudzianowski

Didn't know if anyone has seen this article in March edition of Flex. It's pretty good.

It also gave his top gym lifts

Bench: 616 lbs
Squat: 847
Front Squat: 600 lbs for 3 reps
BB Curl: 305
Snatch: 440
Clean: 462

very nice..I'm ready to go lift now

I couldn't help but read the article of think of PJ pushing through some of these big numbers...wow!

Does anyone here read this Powerlifting mag? Living in a country where Powerlifting is an unknown sport to most we dont have these Powerlifting type mags, shame.

I read the Pudzianowski article. The pictures were great, especially the ones showing the 405 pound standing military presses.

How about his diet? Was he joking?

I read them all. I don't necessarily agree with everything they say, but I get good motivation from them. Also get ideas on how to tweak little things in my routine to get the most from it. This particular issue had a good spread on Pudz, with pics of him doing about 600 lbs incline. After looking at those pics, how can you not be motivated and set your goals high. If he can do that, I should at least get 75% of it.

same articles then
flex is one big loop, the find little to talk about during the off-season so they regurgitate old articles with a new spin.

like their workouts, its just a different pro in the photo shoot

i wish i kept my collection, had loads from 1995-2000
