I understand what you guys are saying about the bench shirts. When I powerlifted about 10 years ago, a bench shirt added maybe 10-20 pounds to my bench, squat suits maybe 40-50. Today, I heard a guy at the gym can do 480 raw and about 750 with a shirt. Thats crazy! They should bring back raw meets and maybe I'd get back into it. I'm starting to deadlift again and bench and squats are going back up, but not very close to what I used to do with wraps, belts, shirts, ect. Now I only use a belt for military press and only wrap if a particular joint doesn't feel right, forget those shirts, they used to cut the heck out of my underarms too...

I thought scotts 600x3 was amazing! Id much rather see raw bench records with a slight arch then a 60 second clip of a spotter holding the bar for 50 of the seconds. Of course 1010 is a ton of weight, im just saying in my opinion its boring.
