I know this is not powerlifting, but felt it fits better here than anywhere else. I have recently started doing some clean and jerks, and i love how much strength and explosiveness they require. It is also a pretty good cardiovascular workout as well. Here is a video of some impressive lifts. Check out the last lift, I believe it is around 550 lbs....WOW.

Quality video! Some familiar faces from WSM in that compilation. Some awe inspiring stuff there. I thought that small asian bloke was gonna snap in two doing that clean and jerk!
