I've got the full length version of that Jouko Ahola training dvd, it's pretty good. It's a shame he retired quite young and switched to judging/officiating.
I noticed he's one of the few judges who stayed with MET-RX when guys like Jamie Reeves and Douglas Edmonds moved to IFSA.

I've seen it. It's a decent film, but there's very little that actually has to do with strongman feats or weightlifting. He does a traditional strongman act at one point, but that's about it.

Jouko Ahola would had won the WSM again in 2000 over Janne Virtanen if he had continued competing, no way would Janne had beated Jouko a year later in my opinion.

I think I saw that movie a few years ago. if iuts the one Im thinking it was ok..on a 1-10 id say a 7.


was that his nose bleeding cause it was so heavy?

Yeah it happens, i get blood blisters come up around my face alot through heavy lifting.
