Well all my lifts have been increasing, but I have made major progress on squats.

As of yesterday, I have added 160 lbs on my personal best.

Since adding Deads about 3 months ago:

Then: 215 pounds
NOW: 275 X 1 <----PR
Thanks PJ for all the help in adding this mass building lift to my routine!

Bench
3 years Ago: 100lbs
NOW: 215 LBS

PullUps:
3 years Ago: BW x 5 (and I was done after this)
Now: BW + 35lbs x 4 (and do 2 sets BW to failure, about 6-10 reps)

I deadlifted 465 the other day, no biggie. I will really start bragging if/when I get 500.

570 on deadlift, just barely missed 600 recently (I mean by 2 inches).

520x2 on squats raw. 450x4 on paused squats.

bench...nothing new, 315x3 still my best.
but..from 135x4 2 1/2 years ago, to 315x3 isn't bad.

I hit 155kg (341lbs) on some conventional deads the other week. My goal is to get that well into the 400lbs by this time next year.

I remember when I first joined there was a thread where members could post up their lifts to be judged.

I am going to attempt 325 on the deadlift again on my next pull day and I would like to take a video and make sure that I am indeed doing them right.

I'll post my video in this thread but if someone could point me to the other one too that'd be great!

I'll also try and get someone to video me next time I go for 200lb bench press again, as I've always dreamed of doing it and now I'm very close!

well, i like to announce out loud that i finally got a set of 225 lbs on bench, 225x3x3

wanted a set(s) of 5 reps but that'll be in a few weeks.

will do deads tomorrow, plan to go past 315. seems like i deadlift every 4 weeks now, lol. inconsistancy is not key...
