Squat - 305x2
First time I have tried maxing out on squat. Been squatting for about 8 months now, started out with a max of about 185. Previous best was 4x275. I put 305 on the bar hoping to get it once, went deep and came up with no problem so I went for a second rep. Also not so hard, but did not want to push it with a third rep. I think I've got 320-325x1 in me right now. Also this puts my BSD total at 890...almost to the 900 mark, haha. Not too bad for a 6' 170lb skinny dude. |

You don't need much. I just can't figure your ass out. You're strong as **** so I HAVE to assume it was a form issue. I've looked at your 320x12 in my sunroom vid on my camera and you were totally benching that **** all chest. bwahahhahaa I could fix your bench and you'd bench 485 or so in one session - that's not bull****.
Oh, and for your pleasure, I'm wearing my shirt that says "Before you ask... How much does it look like I bench?" today. I've got us a bunch of ridiculous shirts to wear out to bars when you get back. If you want, I'll have two made that say "We're cagefighters..." |
