I did 3 sets, incline dbs.. Banged out 10 reps of 30s no problem, 35s needed spot by rep 6, got 8 in and hit the 40s for 5 reps. Did the first 2 by myself, struggling on the 2nd. I don't know if I will get to 45s lol, may be a long time for those. The 40s were a bit tough but I figure if I keep at it, they will get easier! Show me some love baby!

Last night i did 340x1 on Stiff leg deads. It wasnt a max lift, far from it actually im sure i coulda slapped 25-30 more lbs on and still done it easy. This gives me hope for friday when i do deads that i might hit a new PR.
